Kenny Lim
Founder & Principal Consultant
Kenny Lim is a results-driven senior leader with over 10 years of experience spanning multi-entity F&B operations, fine wine and beverages, and private banking across Thailand, Singapore, and Hong Kong. His career bridges premier financial institutions — including Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management and UBS — with hands-on leadership in premium consumer and hospitality sectors. Most recently, as Group General Manager of a multi-entity F&B group, he executed a full financial and operational turnaround: closing loss-making outlets, restructuring staffing, reducing monthly operating losses by over 80%, and driving revenue growth toward breakeven — all within five months of appointment. Kenny combines UHNW client advisory expertise, regulatory and compliance fluency, and deep commercial acumen with the instincts of someone who has built, rebuilt, and run businesses on the ground. He holds a BSc in Accounting & Finance from the University of Leeds and is WSET Level 3 certified.
